HSAR is a non-profit, volunteer organization that is dedicated to taking in homeless pets & finding them new homes through an established adoption program. The organization also works throughout the community to raise awareness of the importance of responsible pet ownership through adoption events, special events, & pet education; & serves as a resource to assist local animal control & rescue organizations.
