City of Elkhart Parks and Recreation Department 8th Annual Safe Trunk or Treat

This is a trunk or treating event at Island Park. Volunteers will help monitor safe social distancing and mask wearing as families proceed around the island trick or treating. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
