Annual Back to School Health Fair in Warsaw, IN

The NIHHC is having its annual Back to School Health Fair at the Warsaw Community High School Career Center Gym on August 4th, 2018 from 9 am – 1 pm. We will be offering a number of health screenings, including kidney (urine and GFR), lipid panel, bone density, glucose, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, anemia, and B/P screenings. These screenings are offered at no cost to the attendees as part of our mission to help provide preventative health care programs to all members of the community. In addition, the NIHHC will distribute free backpacks filled with school supplies for low-income families.
