The American Red Cross is looking for volunteers for the Disaster Action Team. In this position, volunteers can locate potential shelters for emergencies, enter data, plan shelter drills, and coordinate disaster plans. Additionally, they respond to local emergencies such as home fires and floods in order to assist clients in accessing resources that provide aid. 

Beginning February 13, 2018, we will begin preparing tax returns, primarily to seniors, through our AARP affiliation. We will be rearranging some of our office space to accommodate the roughly 500+ people coming to our office at the Elkhart Train Depot. On Friday, February 9th, we need 2-4 people for the day who can: 1.

Our Mission is to Improve Quality of Life and Health by providing wheelchairs and mobility equipment not funded by Medicare, Medicaid or Insurance. Volunteers are needed to organize wheelchairs, power chairs, scooters, shower benches, commodes, walkers, lift chairs, hospital beds, incontinence needs and miscellaneous medical supplies. Hours open are noon to 5:30 pm – Monday

Monger Elementary needs your help! We're seeking 30 (or more!) volunteers to help us complete a one-day playground build on Saturday, April 21. Ground holes will already be dug in the correct locations, but playground equipment needs assembled and erected. Building experience is helpful, but not needed. Playground equipment manufacturers will provide all needed guidance

Join the Middlebury Tree Board to plant trees throughout the town. Meet at Middlebury Town Hall at 8:00 am for coffee and donuts. End with lunch with free pizza at Rullies!
