Our literacy programs provide additional support by pairing students with tutors in the community. Tutors work with adult learners to develop core literacy skills required to progress through the High School Equivalency (HSE) program (formerly called GED). The churches of Nappanee are coming together on October 27 to provide yard work and minor home repairs around the community. Some skilled labor will be needed, but most of the work will not require special skills.

Our annual fundraising walk to help homeless and at-risk women and children will be hosting it's 20th anniversary. We added a color fun walk to this year's event. We want 100 walk teams to celebrate.
