Plaut’s: The Secret Behind “Goshen’s Most Talked About Store” How two Small Town Jewish Merchants confronted Hitler’s Killing Machine For 85 years, Plaut’s store was a prominent fixture on Goshen’s Main Street. Its founder, David Plaut, was a German Jewish immigrant who “made good,” and passed on management of the store to his son, Sidney.

This is a training opportunity for a simplified children's tour called "My First Museum Tour." We are opening it up to anyone who has an interest in early childhood education and giving tours. Green Bridge Growers is an organization that addresses both food insecurity by growing fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as supports the employment of those with Autism. We need help cultivating,

South Bend Medical Foundation will be on site for United Way's 2018 Day of Caring. We will have our Blood Mobile parked at Ivy Tech Community College for individuals to donate blood. Donating one pint of blood can save three lives! Please use link to register.

Volunteers are needed anytime between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM to help sort donated items and set up for our annual garage sale, which is our largest fundraising event of the year. Funds raised during the garage sale help to supply needs of the cats at the rescue such as food, litter, medications, spay/neuter and
